Windy Point Group Campground, White River National Forest, Dillon, CO 80435
Our ceremony and the whole wedding shindig will be at the Windy Point Campground in Dillon, Colorado. We booked the entire campground, so there is lots of available parking. We know that many of you will be flying in - once we get closer and everyone knows where they are staying, we can set up a carpool to get folks without cars to the site. Alternatively, Uber and Lyft are both active in the area and rides can be booked through their apps.
From Frisco, CO (From I-70 take Exit 203, Frisco/Breckenridge) travel 4 miles on Highway 9 through the town of Frisco, CO. Turn left on Swan Mountain Road and go about 3 miles to the Swan Mountain Recreation Area, the turn-off will be on your left. A dirt road leads to the campground.From Silverthorne/I-70 take Exit 205, Silverthorne/Dillon. Travel 4 miles east on Highway 6 through the town of Dillon, CO. Turn right on Swan Mountain road and drive 2 miles to Swan Mountain Recreation Area which will be on your right. A dirt road leads to the campground. Note: Parking is available on site and cars can be left on site overnight
